Delivery Rates
All table deliveries to mainland UK addresses are included in the prices. For deliveries to Ireland, Islands and Overseas please contact us for a quote.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Deliveries
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless returning damaged or faulty products. Our normal delivery time after despatch is 2-3 working days and our despatch is next working day from receiving your order. We will advise you of the delivery day for your goods.
Deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be packed and wrapped safely to the highest standard.
If the table you purchase is under 2.4m long the delivery will be a pallet delivery. The pallet will be lowered using the tail lift on the lorry and the driver will wheel the pallet as close as he can to your front door using a pallet truck. Most of the time the drivers are very helpful and will help lift the the tabletop inside but as we use nationwide hauliers it's hard to guarantee this. We can arrange delivery for any day that is suitable for you, please make sure you have some help on the day to move the tabletop inside and mount the legs. Depending on the size of the table usually 2-3 people in total is sufficient. The driver will call an hour before arrival and we will also give you a two hour window of delivery.
If the table you purchase is over 2.4m please contact us to work out the details of the delivery.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an item or order, you must inform us in writing. You can do this preferably by email, or by post.
Cancellation must be made within 7 days of placing your order. If we have sent a despatch email notification before the cancellation is made then the delivery charge is non refundable. If the cancellation is made before the despatch email is sent by us then all charges are refunded.

It may take up to 14 days to verify and process your claim once the goods have retuned the table to us. Due to banking laws all refunds must be credited to the original payment card used.
